Regulatory developments can impact crypto markets significantly. Binance,  arguably the largest crypto entity in the world, is now feeling the heat. This fallout is ongoing even as  DigiToads (TOADS) launched its utility memecoin on the 21st of August 2023.

Investors looking for alternative investment options are seeking DigiToads (TOADS) favorable success. This project has concluded a massive presale that raised over $7 million. Those who joined at the start will make a 450% return of investment at the launch price of $0.055. The significant gains this early has created a buzz around this utility memecoin.

Crypto regulation continues to develop across various jurisdictions. Binance continues to reassure users and BNB holders as the SEC’s lawsuit continues to bear collateral damage. Meanwhile, DigiToads is creating value for users through a play-to-earn gaming ecosystem. The users also get a chance to mint NFTs at https://mint.digitoads.world/

Checkout.com drops Binance

The fallout from the Security and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) crackdown on Binance is still unfolding. Card payment processing company Checkout.com has dropped Binance over AML enforcement concerns. The London-based processor had become notable for servicing Billion’s worth of Binance transactions every week.

However, the service has terminated its association with Binance following regulatory actions, especially in the American market. Checkout.com officially terminated its partnership on 17th August 2023, citing concerns over the strength of Binance AML controls.

Binance disagreed with this sentiment but will have to contend with another blow after a shaky few months. The SEC cracked the whip and also sued US exchange Coinbase over purported violations of American securities laws. These developments are relevant for any crypto owner given the size of these exchanges.

DigiToads provides a rising alternative for investors

Even as the regulatory turmoil mounts, DigiToads continues to emerge as a rewarding crypto investment. The just-concluded presale provided a fitting glimpse into the potential of this project. Users gained 400% by the end of the presale and have high anticipation that the token could go on to become the next 100X token.

DigiToads created a distinction as a utility memecoin. It did not follow the usual route of a memecoin without any serious utility or a roadmap. DigiToads is a play-to-earn gaming ecosystem that looks to create sustainable value for TOADS holders.

The project also looks to elevate the NFT sector by introducing NFT collectibles for its users through the game. DigiToads allows users to mint NFTs, which have significant value within the game.

NFT value can become redundant if all minted NFTs are floating in the open market. Instead, users can stake NFTs, just like you can for tokens in other staking platforms. Therefore, there is the possibility of locking up your NFTs for yield in the form of TOADS transaction fees.

Staking NFTs are available from 21st August 2023 at 11 a.m. UTC. NFT staking is an exciting addition to the memecoin scene as it ensures there is more value in holding NFTs. Before staking, a user approves their wallet and NFT stage then commence staking at http://stake.digitoads.world

Conclusion

Crypto regulation is a growing challenge to centralized crypto entities. The SEC has targeted specific tokens for alleged securities laws violations. These issues place platforms like Coinbase and Binance in a tight spot.

Meanwhile, DigiToads continues its march towards the higher echelons of the crypto sector. The project is launching with investors reaping a 450% return on investment on their initial purchase. Upon the NFT staking launch, users can gain additional revenue from staking their NFT collectibles and improve on their value creation channels.
